The Elizabeth Ann Clune Montessori School of Ithaca, established in 1979 by Carol Hill and Andrea Coby, is a non-profit educational corporation offering classes for 3 - 6 year olds, 6 - 9 year olds, 9 - 12 year olds, and 12 - 14 year olds.  Operating under the administrationof Andrea Coby Riddle, the school has a non-discriminatory policy regarding the race, religion, and national origin of its students and faculty.

The school is affiliated with organizations established to promote standards of excellence, including the American Montessori Society and the North American Montessori Teacher's Association, and is accredited by the New York State Board of Regents (permanent charter).
