Admissions Process

Primary, Extended Day, Junior and Upper Level

   APPLY

Complete and submit an online application and $50 fee. Please note that children must be 3 or older by October 15th of the year of admission.

At this time, the best way to get a sense of who we are and how we do things is to explore the Level Information provided on our website and to speak with Dean of Students, Liz Allen, who can answer any questions you might have and take you on a tour of our campus outside school hours.

RESERVE A SPOT
In January after tuition is set for the next academic year, Intent to Enroll forms are sent to all applicants via email. To reserve your space in our waiting pool, return a signed Intent to Enroll form along with a $1,500 deposit to the school. Your deposit will not be processed until a spot is offered to you and you accept it.

MEETING NEW STUDENTS

We meet all children who will be 5 by October 15 to determine appropriate placement. Spaces for new students become available beginning in March. We continue offering placement until our programs are full.

INVITATION TO ENROLL 
If a space in our program is offered and accepted, your tuition deposit will be processed and you will be prompted to complete your enrollment online.  Submission of state mandated health forms and payment of a one time $200 new student administrative fee is required prior to the start of the school year.

STUDENT QUESTIONNAIRE AND INTERVIEW
A Student Questionnaire is due 2 weeks after submission of the application. If the Questionnaire indicates that the applicant is a good match for our program, an interview is scheduled.

STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

We evaluate our ability to meet the needs of special education students on a case by case basis. Appropriateness of placement is reevaluated informally on a yearly basis. Please submit the most recent IEP for review, along with a release of information for a current teacher or daycare provider.
