Junior Level Soccer Club – Fall 2019

The EAC Soccer Club is open to all Junior Level students and will take place on Monday afternoons October 21 through December 2nd. This club is for Junior Level students who wish to learn the game of soccer, develop skills, and have fun. EAC staff member J.P. Nawn will be our Soccer Club Guide.

Soccer Club members will go to After School from 3:30 – 4 pm for a snack, play soccer from 4 – 5 pm, and then return to After School where they can be picked up by 5:30 pm.

We will play in all weather conditions except thunderstorms, so please come prepared to play. Bring comfortable sneakers, clothing layers, and a water bottle. Do not bring cleats or shin guards.

If you are not registered for After School on Mondays, the participation fee is $55. You will be billed via FACTS. If you are already registered for After School on Mondays, there is no additional fee for Soccer Club.

In addition to registering, please update your student’s dismissal plan in PickUp Patrol to “School Activity” on Soccer Club days. Include the word ‘Soccer Club’ in the note/description.

Soccer Club is limited to 20 athletes.

Upper Level Basketball Club – Fall 2019

The EAC Basketball Club is open to all Upper Level students and will take place on Wednesday  afternoons October 16th through December 4th as well as playing one day per week during recess. The club is for Upper Level students who wish to develop and fine tune their basketball skills and have fun. EAC staffers Scott Daigler and Tracy Smith will be our Basketball Club Guides.

Club members will go to After School from 3:30-4pm for a snack, play basketball from 4-5pm, and then return to After School where they can be picked up by 5:30pm.

If you are not registered for After School on Wednesdays, the participation fee is $65. You will be billed via FACTS. If you are already registered for After School on Wednesdays, there is no additional fee for Basketball Club.

Everyone wishing to participate must register here.

Upper Level Programming Club

The EAC Programming Club is open to all Upper Level students and will take place on Thursday afternoons from October 17th through May 7th. Programming Club will not meet on 12/5/19 due to Upper Level Demo Night and will take a break during Ski/Board Club (1/9/20-3/5/20).

Club members will go to After School from 3:30-4pm for a snack, go to Programming Club from 4-5pm, and then return to After School where they can be picked up by 5:30pm.

If you are not registered for After School on Thursdays, the participation fee is $125. You will be billed via FACTS. If you are already registered for After School on Thursdays, there is no additional fee for Programming Club.

Everyone wishing to participate must register here.

Programming Club is limited to 15 students.

Chess Club

The EAC Chess Club is open to 2nd and 3rd year Junior Level students and Upper Level students and will take place on Friday afternoons from October 18th through May 8th.

Club members will go directly to Chess Club at 3:30 and enjoy a snack while playing chess until 4:30pm.  Children will then go to After School where they can be picked up by 5:30pm.

If you are not registered for After School on Fridays, the participation fee is $160. You will be billed via FACTS. If you are already registered for After School on Fridays, there is no additional fee for Chess Club.

EAC Ski/Board Club

The EAC Ski/Board Club is open to students ages 7 – 15 and will take place after school on Thursdays from January 9th – March 5th. Parents are welcome to join us for some winter fun! EAC Ski/Board Club advisors are Dawn Grover (dgrover@eacmsi.org) and Whitney Wiggins (wwiggins@eacmsi.org).

There is no fee for joining the club, but you must have a Greek Peak season ski pass or school program pass and you must register by December 30, 2019 to participate.

Greek Peak school program ski passes cost  $177 (rental ski/board gear for an additional fee) through October 29th.  After that date a program pass will cost $197. School program passes include 4 weeks of ski or snowboard lessons. After Ski/Board Club ends, your school program pass will still be valid for skiing/boarding on Thursdays afternoons through the end of the season.  Starting March 14, 2020 a program pass allows you to ski/board any day of the week for the remainder of the season.

Greek Peak also offers an optional meal plan for 6 weeks at the cost of $63.

A signed EACMSI Ski/Board Club Medical Release form, Behavioral Expectations form, and a Greek Peak Acknowledgement of Risk are required for all participants.

SKI/BOARD Club Bus Transportation

Optional bus transportation to/from Greek Peak is available for $160.

Students who ride the bus must be at least 9 years old and manage their ski equipment independently.  The bus will depart EAC at 3:10 and return to the main building between 8:15-8:30 pm. Please sign up for bus transportation by December 20th.
